Those who were worked as a software sales/ Technical Support Executives / Counsellors in Educational Institutions/ IT Training Centers.
Those who were worked in the field which is closely related to Educational Institutions.
Those who are interested to work independently on their home town.
Desired Profile:
Fresh Graduates with good communication skills in English and Local Language.
Diploma Holders – Specialization in Information Technology / Computer Technology.
Should have a Strong Interest to build a solid relationship with Schools and other educational Institutions.
Post Graduates need not apply.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Work in your home town, To complete the sales based on the Lead provided by the Head Office and generate new customers in your city & State. You are working One of the Leading IT company in South India and the filed of Schools.
Should have a positive mentality and also be highly motivated.
The typical responsibilities of field sales executive include client visits, client follow-up through phone and several administrative tasks.
Should be ready to travel quite often with in your home town and home state.
You have to visit some schools / colleges to generate appointments at your leisure time between the working hours only.
You have to play a key role in these area’s – Meeting, presenting, counseling and convincing.
Company executives will fix the appointment based on online inquiry generated from your city.
You have to provide the software demo at the client’s premises on appointment.
Technical Support will be provided from the company executives after sales.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Gathering market and customer information.
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
