Position: Engineer - Mechanical

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech with specialization in Mechanical.

Experience : 3 - 6 Years

Job Description:

Wide Experience of 3+ years with Multi-Discipline Engineering Consultancy and EPC Detail Engineering Companies worked in various Detailed Design Engineering activities of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and Fertilizer & Power Industries.

Skills required :

Shall have hands on experience in softwares - like COMPRESS, PVElite, BJAC, ETANK, Finglow

Shall have knowledge in International codes and practices like ASME SEC VIII-Div1&2, TEMA, HEI, PIP etc

Shall have knowledge in International codes and practices

Shall have a good communication and command over English language.

Responsibility :

Shall be responsible for:

Mechanical design of Static/ Rotary equipments such as Pumps, Turbines Gas Turbine, Gas Compressor, Turbo Expanders, Blowers, Diesel Prime Movers, Pumps, Valves, Fin Fan Coolers, Compressors Columns, Rectors, Drums, Boilers, Oil Fired Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Fixed Head, Floating Head, U-Tube, Breech Lock, Kettle Types, Plate Type Exchangers, Distillation Column, Hydraulic System , Belt Conveyors Hot Vulcanizing, Vessel Loading & Unloading Arms and Fire Protection equipments etc

Mechanical Strength Calculations for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanges, Columns as per ASME SEC VIII-Div 1&2 by using software like COMPRESS / PVElite as well as manually

Sizing Calculations for various Pressure Vessels

Preparation of Specification for Raw Materials and bought-out items in line with client specifications

Vendor drawings review

Inspection of Bought-out items

Tender Specification & Bid Evaluation

Project Coordination

Guiding Designers and Engineers in their work
