One of our client looking for the below mentioned position.

Position: Instructional Designer

Total experience: 5+ yrs

  Requirements:

 Detail Job Description:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

20% -Coordination of Technical training which includes meeting with internal subject matter experts, conducting needs analysis and interviewing external technical training vendors.

30%-Product training which refers to company products taught at a high level to internal employees of the company.

30%-Develop and Conduct In house training programs which includes learning and teaching in-house applications. (Only at a high level, not at the technical level).

20%-Develops and Conducts on boarding program for new hires.

Position Requirements:

Ability work closely with US counterparts in order to acquire relevant product training including necessary documentation and instructional materials then teach to an internal audience.

Four years instructional design experience

Must possess a self-directed personality with strong communication and relationship building skills.

Proficient with the MS Office suite of programs

Must be able to manage multiple projects achieving on-time delivery and quality workmanship.

Must conduct efficient meetings between and within house personnel and prospective vendors

Must be comfortable interacting with senior executives.

Must possess the following competencies: Communication, Drive for Results, Job

Knowledge, Quality, Teamwork and Accountability, Learning Agility.

Experience using the ADDIE process is helpful

Ability to customize the on boarding program making it relevant to the India location.

Strong relationship building with the local HR team.

Must be able to learn in-house applications in order to teach at a high level to internal audience.
