Job Description : • Should generate leads and build pipeline for future closures.
• Follow-up and push for sale.
• Responsible for generating revenue via procedural marketing.
• Female candidates are encouraged.
• Identify target companies and pursue front end sales for an offshore software development company.
• Self motivated, results driven, enthusiastic, collaborative and team oriented, with a strong desire to develop new relationships and new businesses.
• Maintain relationships with Key contacts in customer organizations for further account growth and new opportunities.
• Evaluate best practices across the reps /campaign process to share with other reps and business development teams.
• Identifying and short listing companies in the target segments.
• Prospecting potential clients and Generating leads for potential sales.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be able to demonstrate sales record (1+ years) at a high level of achievement.
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study.
• Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
• Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
• Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor.
