Relationship Manager

• The candidate should have background in Marketing and General Insurance, and must have selling experience in Motor / Travel & Health Insurance to individual customers.

• Candidates with extensive contact with vehicle dealers, vehicle financiers, travel agents, tour operators, are welcome to apply.


• Should retain & expand relationship with existing customer and should be capable of generating new business

• Must be a target achiever & Oriented towards achieving the goal


• Create good rapport with customers to ensure persistency & renewals


• Act as Escalation point for any customer servicing issues


• Cross sell & up sell products to existing customers & build portfolio


• Responsible for building deeper relationship with customers, understand their needs & ensure customer satisfaction
