Hardware Engineer - Design

Job Description:

• Candidate will be Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of complex hardware system.
• He/she shall be working as a fully contributing team member, under minimum supervision/guidance.
  Qualifications/Must have Requirements:
• BTech, BE or higher degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• 2 to 4 years of hands on experience in developing hardware for multimedia and telecom products is a must.
• Experience/ knowledge of both analog circuits and high-speed digital circuits.
• Experience/ knowledge of DDR2, DDR3, NAND, NOR flash memory interfaces.
• Knowledge of protocols like I2C, SPI, SDIO, PCI, PCIe
• Strong hands-on experience in CAD tools like Orcad, Allegro, Protel
• Hands on experience using oscilloscope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, VNA, etc.
• Good debugging skills
• Good logical reasoning
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
  Desired Characteristics:
• Experience in both analog and high speed digital based designs
• Experience with low power digital design techniquesHands on design with LCD, camera, 3G, WiFi modules is a plus
• Interfacing with fabrication and assembly houses.
• Interfacing with mechanical design team is a plus.
• Experience with Freescale, TI and any other application processors and emulation tools.
• Knowledge of device drivers.
• Able to understand and write test cases in C/C++.
• Contribute towards new concept ideation and implementation.
