Job Function and Deliverables:
Installation of voice & data products , Provide L1 support to customers, timely escalation of issues ,customer satisfaction & retention, Revenue collections, providing customer related feedback and lessons learned, work with Account Management team to optimize the customer's experience with our product, Learn and think creatively to incorporate new integration solutions

Skills and Experience Required:
BE/DIP (Electronics & Communication) with 3-6 years of experience

CCNA would be an added advantage, detailed, organized, and customer oriented , excellent verbal/written communication, time management and presentation skills, Ability to interact with all levels of management in both internal and external teams, Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure, Solid Networking Trouble-shooting skills, Knowledge of networking related and routing/switching
